Rent the Academy

The Academy Building

With 1,500 sq ft of mat for martial art training plus free standing bag area this is the perfect place to rent for a special event or seminar.  

 

Special Events Lease:

$200 damage/cleaning deposit (refunded after passed inspection following the event)

$50 per hour (three hour minimum)

Total payment four weeks prior to event to secure date/time and hold rights to use facilities.

 

Weekly One Hour Class Monthly Lease:

$100 damage/cleaning deposit (refunded after no incidents during lease)

$30 Key Fee (refunded when key is returned)

$25 per hour rental

Total monthly payment due 1st day of the Month to secure dates/times to get rights to use

facilities.
